Yeah,… no. I’ve seen how you discuss things with people I actually respect their opinions on here. My time can be better spent doing pretty much anything else.

Lifting huge weights totally changes your metabolism though. Bit different from shuffling paper on a desk then eating a pizza and some people have a better tolerance for carbs. There was a doco (might be bbc) on carb tolerance and a biscuit test.
That’s fine. Bit weak to sledge me then back out though.
Guess that explains all the 4% bf powerlifters then.

this is like a bad whatsapp group back and forth. Hope this isnt new form of trolling?!?
Stu’s helped hundreds and hundreds of people here over the years. Doesn’t need to explain himself to you.
Fo sure S is one of T’s most giving guys out there. That’s why I bowed out. Take his advice!
Do you know who @The_Mighty_Stu is? In terms of accomplishment relevant to this discussion? If you do, I’m legitimately fascinated reading what has got to be a statement on society as a whole
I agree. He sounds like someone who knows a lot.
Different diet. They are looking for size as are sumos. If you eat 12,000 calories it’s not going to make you lean.
The irony.
Didn’t Michael Phelps eat like 12K calories a day when he was training for the Olympics? Dudes pretty lean.
Exactly what I thought of - I remember reading about his 6 egg sandwiches every morning. But literally all he does is eat sleep and swim during that time he’s a bit of an outlier haha
He also smokes Mary Jane. Bet his lung capacity allows for some pretty serious bong rips…
You have to remember that 80% of all diet is 25% working out.
Your math is terrible, that’s like 115%. You can’t go any higher than 100%
Ya, but 76.5% of the time it works every time.
So the average person should eat like the world’s best swimmer who did like 8 events?
Or perhaps copy some other world champ?
The average person should look at what the typical gym rat who has been spinning his wheels for 10 years is doing for inspiration.
A serious question: have you trained in a facility that has produced state or national level athletes?
I have my own gym.
“have you trained in a facility that has produced state or national level athletes?”
Had friends that were elite swimmers, one was a pro rugby player and another a cricketer.
