I got the Carlson’s brand but it does not say anything about refrigeration. Should Vitamin D be kept in the fridge?
Not that I know of. "store in a cool, dry place blah blah " doesn’t mean that you’ll have to put your vitamins into the fridge.
I’ll second Dre the Hatchet. That’s what I do.
My liquid form Vitamin D requires refrigeration, I do not believe capsules do.
But what’s the harm?
i keep all of my vitamins refrigerated…use the door pockets that the rest of the country uses to store bbq sauce/ketchup/syrup/jelly etc etc . i get up in the morning take a sandwich baggie and fill it with everthing i need for the day, tehn each time i have a meal i take a few , by the end of the day i have eaten 6 times and all sups are taken. works very well
