Let me be the first.
Eggs, beef, chicken, and milk would be a good start.
Seriously, you probably need to look at your diet first if you want to add 20 pounds.
Post your current eating plan and I’m sure you’ll get plenty of feedback.
Food.
Yeah. Food.
Okay, I’m in the exact same boat as you are. Except for the age. Just up the calories man. I use weight gainers… mix it in oatmeal and eat that. Lots of eggs, except keep the yolk in it, gives you more calories. Stay in the gym, I’m sure you know plenty about proper lifting for hypertrophy. And just eat eat eat, you should be taking in a massive amount of calories. Eat as much as you can… to where you always feel full.
hehe my post didn’t show up thats probably a good thing ![]()
bump,
Can someone please tell again me why Biotest/T-Nation started advertising in Muscle & Fitness?

Reasons that Biotest/T-Nation started advertising in Muscle & Fitness:
-
They like money
-
They like to actually sell the items they produce because “see item 1”
-
They eventually want to be a Fortune 500 company
-
In order to stop Al Queda’s efforts at terrorism
-
Because the girl on the cover is just that fine
-
Because James Earl Jones’ voice appeared to TC one day whispering, “print it, and they will come”
-
Just to piss you off personally
-
Oops, wrong magazine
-
Because gay guys need supplements too
-
They really like money (I know this sounds much like item 1, but the “really” makes it much more significant)

I don’t know how this is relevant to this thread, but Biotest has had ads in Weider magazines for years.
Granted, they don’t advertise in every issue, but they’ve been placing ads for at least 3 years now.
Maybe, just maybe, they want to sell more product.
