bump
How much vasaline did you smear on the camera?
lol a whole tub mate
chins+rows+lat pull down as wide as possible, you probably arent also using your back/keeping it straight.
you gotta almost pull the bar apart with your back muscles while going down instead of using your arms to directly bring the bar down (hard to explain).
You gotta just look in the mirror and psyche yourself out. Become fed up with looking the way you look. Fucking punch something, get angry and go to the gym.

If I recall correctly, a photoshopped species.
bump
Narrower grips tend to build thickness in the lats while wider grips tend to build width. When you flex your lats do they look the biggest with your arms in? No, you flare your arms out and with a bit of muscle you got some beasts under your armpits.
Dude, did you seriously bump your thread twice? What’s the problem?
Do you still need more motivation?
Do you need tips on building your back up?
Do you just need attention?
Motivation- until you outweigh people by 50-100lbs, nobody cares what you think.
Building up your back- Eat more. MORE. MWOAR! Deadlift. Row. Pullups. Everything you can think of. Come back in 3 months, tell us how it worked, if it worked, and how you think you could have done it better.

yea mate the misses isnt doin her job and i want some attention especially from you mate lol
What motivates me is seeing great results after the hard work I put in.
I’m not sure exactly what you’re asking on this thread. If you need motivation keep reading here. Read some of the physique clinic threads particularly Bartl’s thread. Take pictures to track your progress.
I think everyone needs to find what motivates them. It’s different for everyone.
Whenever I get demotivated in the gym and feel like quitting I always think about how it contributes to what I want to look like in the future, and how quitting will delay that goal.
