Need Some Diet Help!

I;m a newbie when it comes to Nutrition, but have been in the gym for awhile, as a new year’s resolution I decided to eat extremely clean and count calories…
I am currently about 5’8 185 no more than 15% bf, but I am looking to get shredded over the next 3 months (somewhere between 8-10%).

I’m now eating approx 1500 cal/day, workout is the following:

Mon - Chest + Back - 30 mins bike
Tues - Legs and Abs - 30 mins bike
Wed - Off (Hockey)
Thurs - Bi’s + Tri’s - 30 mins Bike
Fri - shoulders + lower back - 30 mins Bike

(each muscle gets 3 exercises 4x8 set/rep scheme at about 10-12 RM, cardio is steady state at about 75% max effort).

Eventually I will move to HIIT on the bike but my cardio is not that strong yet!

Since eating clean - 1500 cal doesn’t leave me as hungry as I expected since I’m eating clean, all I eat is chicken breats, Tuna, whole wheat bread (2 slices/day MAX), salad (with chicken of course), protein shakes, and apples, almonds and cereal as snacks.

Is this diet coupled with my workout going to get me where I need to be?

The first thing anyone on this site is going to say is that you need to eat alot more. 1500 Calories is way to little. Hell, doubleing that amount of calories probably isn’t enough.

Adding beef / steak on your menu would definitely bump your calories.

Why would I want to Bump calories? I need to create a caloric defecit to get to 8-10%bf…

I know 1500 sounds drastic, but here’s what the daily diet looks like:

Meal 1 Protein Shake
Meal 2 Tuna Sandwich on Whole Wheat
Meal 3 Apple
Meal 4 Chicken + Salad
Meal 5 Almonds
Meal 6 Bowl of Cereal
Meal 7 Protein Shake

I have more than enough energy to do my intense workouts and 30 mins of Cardio (which I was too lazy to do when I was eating like a slob!)
