Hello guys Just wanted some opinions or maybe lead me to the right way on my 2nd cycle Im hoping to start in March. Given the time I recover from my current cycle of Anavar only. Yes go ahead and bash me I’ve felt great and have seen results no sides whatsoever im in my 5th week one more week to go @ 50mg a day split in half. Currently up to 75mg a day. For the last 2 weeks left. Went from 180 lbs to 190 lbs in those 5 weeks so far. I do have clomid ready for the PCT, how long should I PCT 2 weeks or 4 weeks?
Ok for the 2nd cycle I got a stack of 4 vials of Test Prop 10ml/100mg and some more Anavar to last another 6 weeks at 10mg per tablet. Also included Some Nova, and Salbutamol then they threw in a pack of Tadalafil. So my question is how to I go about starting this stack
All I know im going to pin EOD of Test Prop for 300mg per week to see how I feel.
Should I start the Anavar now or wait a few weeks into the Test?
Is Nova more for PCT or do I take it while on cycle I’ve heard it’s like a AI but if not Im ready to have Aremidix on hand. What place does the Salbutamol belong in this stack should I need it if so at what point do I take it on cycle? Last but not least the Tadalafil included to my disbelief I didn’t think they would include this also, I’ve heard it’s more for like pre workout benefits is it even worth trying it on cycle?
Sorry for the questions I’ve tried to be as clear and informative. Like I said I still have along time before I start this cycle but I do want to have everything on point. I’ve done plenty of research but have not seen anyone with a similar stack. Thanks!
It’s always fun to give advice to people who knowingly do stupid stuff, then rationalize why doing it was fine.
These two things are in direct conflict with each other. Knowing how each compound operates, and how you respond to them, individually, is the research that is needed, not “has anyone run these compounds at this exact dosage???”
Also:
^suspicious timing.
How long have you been training?
What are your recent Bench, Squat and Deadlift PRs?
How old are you?
What is your goal with this stack?
What are you implying on suspicious timing?
I really have not tracked my PR’s
Im 35 been training for 4 years was at 140 lbs when I started and went up 175 lbs newbie gains and eating a shit ton of food just gain weight. Like stated before Im up 185 to 190 since I started the anavar only cycle in december the 18th. So now im ready to move up to test. My goal is to gain more size maybe get up to 200 lbs with out little to no fat
Awefully close to Jan 1st, but it doesn’t apply to you (there has been more than one person who started taking steroids on their first day in the gym).
Whats with working out at Planet Fitness though? Any better gyms you could train at?
So you’re probably going to gain ‘weight’, but it won’t all be muscle and it won’t all be fat. You’re at a stage where you should probably consider cutting for aesthetic purposes, your inclusion of salbutamol and anavar seemingly point to this as a goal for you as well.
Sadly not so many but there is this new one opening up soon and will have way more options as far as machines. I know I feel like im limited now working out at PF.
Yes your indeed right I just don’t want to loose to much and end up back how I started like a twig but at this point im indecisive if this will be the only cycle I’ll ever do or do I want to be in it forever blast and cruise. I well aware of doing my blood work actually this coming week im going in for one. Update from my previous one I had before I started this journey.
So start going on a caloric deficit then? That would be hard since I’ve been getting hungry more than usual and it’s like a muscle memory that I have to eat this amount everyday now
That’s really up to you dude. Do you want abs or do you want more muscle? Quite hard to do both without EXTREMELY dialed in diet and training, even then it’s difficult.
Some people say to use steroid blasts for building muscle, which I don’t disagree with.
Others say to use increased steroid doses for cutting as to preserve performance and muscle, which I also don’t disagree with.
BnC is what I’m doing now as I started TRT, then turned it into occasional, intentional blasts. I go up in dose when I cut. In your case, I’m more inclined to say you should use steroids for building muscle.
I do want to make it clear though, that I disagree with steroid blasts as a whole. Gaining muscle just to shut yourself down and lose it, then doing it again… seems counterproductive. TRT or BnC make a lot more sense to me (from a muscle building perspective only).
More muscle would be the route I want, as you can see the abs are there but ehhh I don’t care if they’re not that defined something is better than nothing. I just want my legs to have more pop and mt biceps to have more width and upper chest to really come out. I know I have another year to put in hard work on steroids to see the changes. I do Appreciate the help and honest opinion. I know this is something not be played with health purposes.
Another thing if it matters I first blood work results were somewhat decent. Liver enzymes a little elevated since I use to be a avid drinker. Sober now for 1 year and smoker as well nicotine free for 1 year cold turkey for both.
Pre diabetic by 1 point so have little to no sugars in my diet threw away all the sweets and junk. Im also on low sodium diet try to watch that im hypertension which has been under control I take losartan and omega 3 fish oil im also on choline and inosotil and drink ginger tea 2 times a day I feel really good. My test levels overall before all this steroid start was at 1007nl/dl this was 3 months ago I don’t know what my free test level was at. I tought that was pretty high for my age. After some lifestyle changes and doing the anavaer cycle I honeslty felt better now than I did before
First of all congratulations for dropping the booze and cigarettes.
Unfortunately you fucked up with choosing anavar only as your first ‘cycle’.
You really didn’t. Believe me, you didn’t. I’m not trying to be a dick but you really don’t have a clear understanding of what the drugs you have at your disposal are used for. These are very basic things and you need to go back to the drawing board and learn about each component because even though this is a good community nobody is willing to spoon-feed you basic information.
If your free testosterone is at all average, than you should consider coming off of everything and just milking what mother nature gave you. You have great total T levels and it would be a shame to fuck that up with subpar steroid cycles.
Hey im not at all opposed to the criticism I understand this is not something to play with. Well I do have understanding of each component I stated to it’s relative use and what it’s intended purpose is. I guess I didn’t reword it right I just wanted to know how I should take the compounds through the course of the cycle ex. 1st week this then 2nd week this etc. You know.
Well reason being I wanted to go this route I feel like I’ve reached my max my strenght has not been increasing been feeling fatigue tired unmotivated hence why I checked my test levels in the first place. Maybe I tought I had low test to my surprise I don’t. But I still feel like I was not growing at all. Well if by taking anavar only I fucked up will have to see next week when I go do another blood work panel to see where im at. Honestly I feel like im in my 20s could be that I have my anxiety under control that too im on anxiety meds
Ok real goal is to get bigger more muscular at 5’10 185 lbs as you can see by the picture I honestly still feel small. It might be in my head but I don’t feel big at all. With my schedule how it is I try to go at least 5 days a week to the gym and I honestly feel I’ve hit my genetic limit. I’ve always been an ectomorph hard gainer all my life like atated above it was a milestone as a natural to go from 140 lbs to 175 lbs natural I was proud but now I feel like im just maintaining not growing anymore I need to go to the next level not competing at my age 35 I’m a lil too late for that plus with work and kids no time for that especially after a divorce you know how that goes.
You are nowhere near your max. You’re not even training in a proper gym so how would you know what your max even is? You’re neglecting the main compound movements by not squatting, deadlifting and benching. I’m not saying these are the be all end all lifts, but as a newbie, these are where the real gains are at.
Plus, you’ve been basically sober and not smoking and got your act together for only one year.
This is good news in case you were wondering. This means you have much more to gain.
Your before and after pics on the anavar only cycle are actually pretty good in terms of muscle development. Imagine what you could accomplish with a proper training regime at a proper gym.
How tall are you?
If you’re on benzos or SSRI’s, your feeling shitty could be from that. Or it could be something completely separate. It’s not always low T.
Well I do bench but to say the least number aren’t all that impressive. Disclaimer not all the time do I,go to planet fitness once a week I have a free pass to go to EoS. Lol my mas bench is 265 my max squat 225 I have not pushed myself I can probably do more. Deadlift 315. You think at my age I can still gain naturally at 35 and im 5’10 Something I should of done in my 20s which I never chosed the married life at an early age and it got me nothing but booze and smoking lol
Well my training regimen goes like this one week I do chest and triceps day 1, 4 to 5 exercise per group chest is incline bench with dumbells or barbell 3 to 5 sets 75 lbs dumbells or 185 barbell
Day 2 back and bi’s same deal 4 to 5 exercises 3 to 5 sets day 3 legs either squats on sundays or alternate to leg presses mid week. Same 4 to 5 exercises 4 to 5 sets. Rest day. then Solo arm day on the 5th day of exercise. Then last I do legs again thats the sunday I do squats. Through the week I do about 3 to 4 daya cardio after workouts 15 minutes
Next week I’ll do heavy sets 3 to 4 exercises per muscle group but I alternate different exercise for ex. Last week I did inclince chest the following I do regular chest press dips etc. I try to shock the muscle so it does not get used to the same exercises week by week
Depends on your hormone levels. I’d wait maybe a week after stopping, run the SERM for 3-4 weeks a get blood work, if LH/FSH/TT are up to normal then I’d stop, see how you feel for the next 4 weeks.
Then do more. Your numbers don’t need to impress anybody but yourself. And you do this by lifting a heavy weight, a hard set that you didn’t think you had in you. There’s nothing more exhilarating to me than getting up out of the hole on a heavy set of squats and realizing that the weight hasn’t crushed and killed you.
You’re 35, you’re not dead. I’m stronger at 40 than I ever was at 20.
You “shock” the muscle by putting more weight on the bar and lifting it.
I don’t have the time to get into your entire programming but I think you have a lot of junk volume in their which is nothing doing anything except making you tired. You should find a tried and true program which is simple (but not easy), and includes the basic barbell movements.
Look at 5/3/1 or starting strength. Keep some of the bodybuilding lifts in to keep it fun. But build a strength foundation.
When you’ve done this and truly come close to your genetic potential in a few years time, then think about steroids.
35 is still young in strength years. A friend of mine didn’t begin powerlifting until he was over 40 and added nearly 900 pounds to his Total from his first contest
You have some real muscle.
You have much more squat capability in you. You have the muscle in your pictures that says you should be able squat twice your body weight. And in your case, I would guess more than 5 reps.
You need to just put forth the effort when doing the squat. Have you ever done squats doing 5 sets of 5 reps? It has been around for many decades. This is the typical starting routine to build strength. It is not complicated. Just squat once a week, starting with a weight you can easily do 5 sets of 5 reps, and every week add 5 or 10 pounds. Keep this progression until you cannot do 5 sets of 5 reps. (You can add more leg exercises like leg press and leg extensions, curls, etc.) If you are training natural you need to add a light leg day (higher reps) about midway between your squat days.
Note: It is important that you know how to squat to maximize your strength in the lift. A video would help.
