Guys, I heard that veggies are good for you.
But I like frying my veggies in a vat of grease; you know, breaded and fried eggplant, zucchini, asparagus, and broccoli. My favorite is tempura, the Japanese cuisine items, in which they fry every veggie under the sun: carrots, potatoes, radishes, and the like.
Shit, where am I going with this? I like everything fried. I’d eat fried pieces of shit if I could.
But here’s my problem. Now I have to go on a diet. Do you think I should opt for the fresh, steamed, sauteed, boiled varieties of veggies over fried ones?
What should I do?
Also, are veggies really good for you? I read in the Mars Picayune that they contain sodium. I also heard that egg whites contain sodium too. Pretty soon I’ll be left with nothing to eat.
