Need Help With Lunch

Say I pack myself a lunch for school, and I throw in a sandwich wrap. If the sandwich wrap has no carbohydrates in it, what should I bring as a carbohydrate (besides fruits and veggies)? In the past, I was drinking water with dextrose added to it, but I hear that is very bad to do.

If my goal is to gain weight.

What a vague question…it would probably depend on what you goals are?

Whats wrong with a few banana’s (1.8) for carbs? Rice? Rye Bread?

Why not just wrap the thing in a tortilla ? Then it would actually be a ‘wrap’. I can’t imagine why this is a problem. DEXTROSE ? Eat food, not sugar.

Wheat Thins or those whole wheat chips made by “Nature’s Own”. Brown rice is always good also.

Why the sweet hell are you eating no carb wraps if you’re trying to gain weight? Is your mom on a no-carb kick and won’t buy anything else?

The answer is EAT MORE. That’s a tiny lunch. Have two sandwiches, a banana, a plum, and milk, with a side of another sandwich.
