Is there anyone doing Meltdown II who can explain to me how the program is done? I got a bit confused. Alessi says to do 5 sets with 1+1+1 reps, does that mean I do a total of 3 reps resting 15secs in between and then move on to the next excercise? And what does he mean by racking the weight in between reps , am I suppose to increase or decrease weight for every rep? I just finished my 4th week of Meltdown I and have gotten amazing results(with some slight nausia along the way). I’m looking foward to Meltdown II and finish off my 8wk fatloss phase. Thanks T-Men!
Do a rep, wait 15 sec. do another, and so on. Also, weight stays constant at about 90-95%.
By re-racking the weight he means during that 15 sec. rest that you are to put the weight back on it’s rack (for DL’s this is the floor) and such so you’ll get rid of the elastic energy…
