Need Help, New Routine Needed Please!

Hey guys, i need your help. In the begining of may ill be going to deployed loocation for a year. Ill be working a 24on/24off schedual as fire fighter, and most likely on the days that i work i wont be able to work wieghts. Cardio will be good though. I love the gym and im used to being in there like everyday. training my muscles like twice a week. Obviously i wont be able to do this no more.

Anyway im about to finish my cutting cycle, and i was wondering a good schedual for my bulking up stage. Free food is provided over there so i can eat whatever whenever. I would like to gain 10 lbs of lean muscle or more if possible. Since all ill be doing there is working out and eating. Ive been deployed before for 3 months and i gained like 45lbs but a lot of that was fat, due to no cardio, and i was lifting wieghts every day. I just dont want to waste this whole year, and i want to get the most out of it.

Right now I am 21 yrs old,6’6, 205lbs right now. 42in chest, 15in arms, 24in thighs, and a 35in waist. About 15-16%BF. O yeah and i am a hard gainer, with a really fast matabalism.

Bassiclly im asking for some suggestions on a new wieght traing schedual to work around this, and a good diet program to promote lean mass for me. Some fat is koo, because i and planning to have a 8-9 month bulking cycle, annd a 3-4 month cutting cycle. If you guys could help me out in any way that would be fantastic. Ill still be able to take suppliments and stuff. Ill still be about to go to this website, so ill be able to keep you guys posted as well. Well thats my story, thank you very much for your time.

thanks guys

Since you won’t be able to lift as many days/week as you’re used to, I’d do full body workouts when you do get the chance to hit the weights. Chad Waterbury has a great full-body workout routine but right now I can’t remember the name of it. Read John Berardi’s “Massive Eating” articles for diet. Do a search for both of these. That should help.

Danny

Do I see a contradiction here?? You say you’re a “hardgainer” with fast metabolism and you still manage to put on 45 lbs in three month!!!
I don’t think you’re a hardgainer, you just have to learn WHAT to eat.

I agree with Dboy, check out Dr. JB’s Massive eating and also his 7 giude lines for “dieting”.
