Need gel to break my Platau and (My Calories are Low )

Hey guys I currently eat 6 meals a day

  1. 1 oz almonds, 2 omega-3 eggs, 6 egg whites with greens, 3.5g fish oil 2g cal
  2. 5oz lean ground beef, 1 oz brazalian nuts, greens
  3. 4 oz chicken , 15g cacao nibs, greens (USUALLY MY PRE WO MEAL)
    1 Scoop protein shake post workout with 5g glutamine
  4. 5oz chicken with cucumbers
  5. 3.5 oz chicken salad with veggies
  6. 8 egg whites 3.5g fish oil

Supplements I use: Cayenne peper,Green tea extract, Maca, L carnitine, Cla, Fish oils, Multivitamin, Vitamin d3,Probitic, Digestive enzymes in my meals containing fats, Psylium finer in meal 1 and 6

Currently around 10.5-11% body fat, 19 years olds, 5 feet 9 , I train x6 times a week, I perform cardio x4 times a week low intensity (30-45 minutes) keeping my heart rate at 120-140.
