Need for HOT-ROX?

Hello, I have no idea where to find this answer to this but, I am not an overweight person, nor a skinny one, I have a noticeable amount of muscle, but I have fat in the chest and aboms/thighs. My BF is likely around 14-20% I was wondering if HOT-ROX will do me any good in my goal of losing this excess fat. I just started running in the mournings right after awakening for 30 minutes straight 3-4 times a week.

Is HOT-ROX simply for the real fat overweight people or can it be used for people like me or just have some excess fat that isnt really noticeable until you take your shirt off? If so, since I run in the mournings do I take the pill before running then eat my breakfast after I finish then wait the 6 hours and take it again?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Nope, I believe HOT-ROX can be used by any individuals looking to lose some weight - though I would suggest it to someone such as yourself over someone who is grossly overweight.

Yes, I would take 1 in the morning before running with a full glass of water, run, and then breakfast - you should feel a nice boost of energy from the pills too.

Start at 1 tab, 2x a day, and then work up to a max of 2 tabs 2x per day - not exceeding 4 tabs in 24 hours.

Thank you very much

I just started two weeks ago with HOT-ROX. I was at 205 and surprised to find out 20% (according to tape measurments)
So far in the first two weeks, i’ve gained (again according to tape measurments, it seems to good to be true) i’ve gained 6lbs of lean mass and lost 8 1/2lbs of fat. dropped over 2 inches off my waist while only dropping a couple pounds. Supposedly down to 16% (again, i have trouble believing it myself, i’ve heard tape measurments aren’t super accurate, but at least the loss of two inches shows definate improvement.)

Nutrition:
-chicken, tilapia, steak, cheddar, veggies, fruit, protein shakes
-only time for carbs coming in the morning and around lifting
-2700calories/day

2hrx in the morning, 2 mid day
BCAA’s around training and in the middle of the night
ZMA

Training
-bodyweight shit in the morning
-4 day upper lower powerlifting
-runs/sprints a few nights a week

so take it for what its worth

How are you calculating LBM gains/fat % with a tape?

cueball

Using this formula

%Fat=495/(1.0324-0.19077(log(waist-neck)) +0.15456(log(height)))-450

to get my bodyfat percentage (its all metric in case you want to use it)

I plugged this into excel and then from my bodyfat percentage you can calculate all the other stuff pretty simply. I’ve got an excel spreadsheet set up now to do it all for me.

This is the site i got the formula from:

So yeah, not just tape, tape combined with height and weight.

So if you’re asking cuz your intrested, you can pm me your e-mail address and I’ll send you the spreadsheet.

If your asking cuz you doubt me, well fuck you. No actually I kinda have trouble believing it myself, so no worries.

Also, the formula is different for women, so if any women wanna use that, go to the website listed to find it.

tape measure to calculate body fat is highly inaccurate

great, i already said that.

Mango, while you can take HRX at any point, I would recommend on holding it off till you reach beyond that 12%< range. It will be most useful when your fat loss starts to stall. Using it in the early stages may tend to lose its effectiveness later on. For now, I’d say focus on your other areas; nutrition as the most important aspect.

Question: Would HOT-ROX help lose some superfluous fat if someone was say just cleaning up their diet and not “cutting” per say?

Case: I’m currently in an exam period so I’ve been a bit lax on my diet. I’m at 220lbs and I’m in the mid to high teen BF%. The thing is, maybe the last lb or 2 has been due to snacking on cookies etc (mandatory exam food)

Would a cleaning up of my diet post exams, some cardio activity and HRX help me just lose some of that extra fat? Also, would I have to restrict the number of calories? I find anything under 3000 and I drop mass fast. (Im at 3700-4000)

Cheers guys.

EDIT: According to the tape measurement BF% thing I’m at 17% for 219lbs.

Just did it, was quite interesting.

My favourite part:

Limit your diet to 2028 calories per day
to lose 2.6 pounds per month.
Your diet should contain at least 68 grams of protein per day.

LOL

great, but you didn’t

“tape measures aren’t super accurate”

and

“tape measures are highly inaccurate” are 2 different statements.

so next time, don’t be a smartass :stuck_out_tongue:
