Need answers please

Ive been training intensely for about 2 1/2 years but unfortuantely I havent made considerable gains in about 18 months. I’ve been toying around with new diet/training concepts hoping to bust through plateaus… anyways, what’s anyone think of this?
train everybody part once/week, broken down mon/wed/fri, with nutriton consisting of of high carb/mod-high protein/low fat, about 500 cal over maintenence, focused on the hearty post-training meal.
tues-thurs-sat - no training, optional cardio - diet consisting “fat fast” (for those of you who are unfamiliar, basically a near-starvation diet consisting of equal parts flax oil and protein)
my question is could this diet legitimately shed fat and while maintaining and possibly increasing lean mass? If not, why?

Add a thousand more calories to your diet, drink them if you can’t chew them down. Up your fat intake. Make sure you take in at least a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight, probably more. You won’t gain muscle on the fat fast (unless you’re injecting some vitamin T for the first time), can’t explain it 'cos I haven’t got time. Just keep reading articles on low/no carb diets, and also related threads on the T-Forum. Cheers.
