need all the help I can get

Hey guys. If you dont want me on this site just let me know. I dont see anything from other woman on here, so maybe I’m way off base. Just like to feel wanted like the rest of the human race if you know what I mean. Now…I’ve just started using the 5mg patches. It’s my 5th day. Is there anything I should know. I’m using them because my body felt like a lead weight but my mind energy is racing and is into everything, just a pain to lug my weary ass around. The only exercise I’m doing at the moment is 1hr walk in the mornings. I would like to do some ab stuff. But need to start slow, dont forget I’m an elder.

welcome Star, this is a great place for info

Oh there’s plenty of women on here, don’t you worry.
What patches are you using? What are they for?

Lotsa Vixens here, welcome. Just hope you can take men being men.

Does that still count?

Hey star. I’m not sure if I’m a vixen, but I do occasionally post, when I feel like I might have something significant to say. Welcome.

What are you trying to accomplish: i.e. get fit, loose weight, build muscle, start a healthier lifestyle. Folks on here can offer you great advice on doing any or all.

What do you mean when you claim to be an elder?

Instead of doing ab stuff I would recommend some multi-joint exercises. If you can’t use weights then you could just use a broomstick, ex: Overhead broomstick squats, broomstick cleans…then move to light weight and on up…as for abs Coach Davies Real Abs would be a great starting place…

Give us more info!

There’s no problem with you being on this site. Welcome.

There is a problem with people posting and apparently wanting advice but not giving us anything to work with.

At a BARE minimum, we need to know your age, training program, diet, supplements, goals and any possible mitigating circumstances. If you can’t supply us with these, then we can’t help you much.

Amen Char. Need more input.

Typical newb-speek:
"Hi guys, I wanna be hyoooge. will someone do me up a program. And how much can you bench?

HAHA
Billy

Typical answer to newbs.

  1. That’s nice.
  2. Read the magazine.
  3. More than you, lightweight.

Hey everyone. Yeah Yeah Yeah! I get the picture. I’m a newb all round. with this stuff, forums, patches, programs ,threads. Get me on life stuff and boys being boys and I’m cool and knowing. So thanks for all the imput now here’s mine.
I’m 55 and ample build. Oh o.k.then! 75kilos. Shit did I say that out loud.
Mmmm. Used to smoke heavily for all my life, gave up, started that womans thing, the menopause, stacked on the weight and it was like no weight I’de ever had before. Really hard fat.Especially on my thighs. Anyway got down to where I am now. My body changed became draggy. Just couldnt keep up with me, very depressing. Tried diets gym, and couldnt shake it. Since I’ve been on the patches its started to move, The hardness is melting, fat more fluid, body more fluid. The patches are Androderm Testosterone Transdermal Patch.
Enough! for now. I can feel a novel comming on! Thanks everyone .

Hey Star here again. I’m using the patches to loose weight, have body mobility which will inmprove my lifestyle. In an ideal world I would be 60kilos, with muscle and tone. Feel fit and fluid. It’s not a lot to ask of myself, and now I’ve found a way to actually move freely and without pain, I feel confident that I can get a good start.Just need some accurate info. Hence you guys. I wonder if you’ve all taken testosterone. I just guessed you would have?

Cake Sally short bus is quite upset she found out you moved and wants to know if your every going to visit?

stareide Welcome:0) !!

Hey Star. The Magazine is called Testosterone, not because we take T, but because we have rivers of it flowing through our viens. We are men! (most of us) We hold high ideals of what being a man is all about, being tough, (mentally and physically), being healthy, and being proud to have the power to change our lives for the better. To build a Herculean body out of the skinny one that got beat up as a kid.

This website is mostly about strength training, nutrition, and information. On top of that there’s this-here forum in which like-minded men (women too) can talk about and ask questions about the above topics, or in the OFF TOPIC forum, anything you want.

One of the best things about this mag is that you won’t find any B.S. Here you’ll find the best information, the most intelligent group of writers and contributers and the most dedicated trainees around, these guys take training seriously. A mantra I’ve adopted from here is " Be not half assed.

Stick around for a while and you’ll understand men a little better. And you’ll have a rockin’ body in no time.

In faith

WTF? Am I missing something here?

I talk nonsense? This from someone who has nothing to say unless it’s in the off-topic forum?

Thunder, I think Cupcake is messin’ with you. We all know you’re the Man.
