Oestradiol 369 pmol/L
Testosterone 73 nmol/L
free Testosterone 2438 pmol/L
I have Aromasin and Arimidex, not sure whether I need to start using one
I am pinning 375mg sustanon per week
Lab ranges are needed. Each lab has different unit and ranges depending on their equipment and methods. Please post. What symptoms / side effects are you having?
Im having quite lower libido and energy (could be overtraining) nipples tend to be stiff alot, do seem to be a little puffy aswell, areolas seem to be getting a little bigger, have been having mood swings (low patience) but I did only just up the dose 2 weeks ago so maybe thats why, I did receive a note in the email for my bloods to follow up with my gp regarding the E2 even despite the high test
If its just breast/nipple area problems a SERM like Tamoxifen may be better. If its mood, water retention, libido then AI.
Your T/E ratios aren’t bad. You can’t also blame mood / energy solely on E2. Some guys don’t handle high androgen levels and better than high estrogens.
