Going to Antwerp Belgium next month. I would like to visit a gym. Anyone have a suggestion? I went to a fitness center in Wessling Germany, was not impressed. It was ok just the same as here.

The neighborhood is not very nice, and not exactly in the centrum but you can get there with public transportation.
You can go to Bill Richardson’s gym. It’s a little outside the city center but only by a mile or two.
His gym was featured some weeks ago in a television program in which the host, who was a newb in bodybuilding, accepted his own challenge to compete in the Belgian nationals within 8 months of training with Bill Richardson. Looked very old school, almost like Gold’s Gym in the Pumping Iron era, but smaller. But seemed to attract the right crowd.

Seems to have a decent set of equipment. Certainly when compared to the usual gyms around here which are HEAVILY cardio-focused.

Not that much, but from what I gather from their website is that bodybuilders are one of their target audiences. There are some top bodybuilders from the national competition who train there, so it sounds like a pretty decent gym.
