Nebido 250mg Every 2 Weeks Protocol?

I had high libido with low T. I have higher libido on TRT. My libido actually isn’t as high on say 400mg/wk but it’s still good. Best for me is high end of normal range.

I want to have sex, etc. but my body doesn’t respond correctly. Theres not a drive for it for some reason.

I am a bit confused. Wanting to have sex, sounds like drive to me. My body doesn’t do anything special besides maybe produce an erection when I want to have sex.

Are you saying you want to have sex, because you feel like you should want to have sex, but you don’t have natural urges. You don’t respond how you think you should when you see an attractive girl?

I have the attraction to women. And i have no problem with getting them. But when we start to fool around, that physiological reaction doesn’t happen. Like when you start to make out… you get kinda flushed. You start to get an erection. Your body literally now WANTS to have sex. That bit is missing.

It’s hard to describe.

That comes across as having a libido, but the plumbing isn’t working.

Could be right. I’m def attracted to females. Just body doesn’t cooperate.

I forget who explained it to me, but someone said to pay attention to the different kinds of “stability” between natural and injections. Naturals have large daily instability but very high weekly stability: levels go up and down during the day, but every day over the course of a week you can start and end the same (roughly). On injections it’s the opposite. Now we have a slow ester release that means barely any daily variation, but lots of weekly variation (on 1 injection per week). You start the week high and end low. Looking at it that way, you’d think that a daily delivery system that was short acting would be the most optimal solution. Some (most?) guys just don’T wanna deal with that. The whole point of attaching esters was to limit the amount of injections (and usually that meant trips to the doctor). If I could get Jatenzo covered and take that a couple times a day it would be my preferred method

My doctor said he’d let me try Jatenzo, but was super cautious about liver issues. I know it bypasses the liver on the first run, but Dr was still concerned as packaging warned against potential for liver issues.

The clinical data doesn’t point to liver issues.

If you do, be sure to check back in. Very interested

I’ll likely go back to weekly shots and reeval. Then out to once every other week.

Some ups and downs are probably good.

Does the person have to have liver condition to have liver issues on Jatenzo?

I’m not exactly sure what you mean. Pre-existing? If that is the case, no. It is listed as a side effect, which means a problem caused by Jatenzo. Otherwise, the warning might say certain liver disorders may be exacerbated on Jatenzo and patients should be screened prior to taking it.
