Mostly doing cardio on the treadmill no weight lifting.
Lifting weights, and not eating cookies and pizza, just like I mentioned in your other thread, would be a good start.
No supplement is going to work unless you address those issues first.
I think it would be best if you kept to one thread for advice about your current plan.
