When I was your age, I tried to appeal to my mother. Somes mom will help you sneak it or order it for you w/o telling your dad. I would try that avenue and I would take a Good Multi-Vitamin if that is aloud or can be sneaked in.

Supps are not a big deal, a good daily diet and a solid workout routine are much more important.
Using whey is fine, thats not even needed but can help. Dont worry about the supps though, real foods are almost always better for you anytime anyway.
That’s what I’m trying to do, find real foods that contain natural amino acids etc. The whey is just to get in protein post-workout because I have to take a bus home from the school weight room, which takes around 40-50 minutes.

Bottom line try to go around Dad not through him!
More protein than 2 large boiled eggs (14 grams)
More iron than 225 grams of raw spinach
As much fiber as 2.5 pieces of whole wheat bread
As much Vitamin D as 4 8-oz glasses of milk
As well as numerous trace minerals, all contained in just 120 calories, with the same carbohydrates as 3 oz of raw grapefruit. It??s pretty amazing.
So, what are these ingredients?
Hemp Protein Powder
The hemp seed is an amazing source of protein. Protein is made of amino acids, and hemp contains all of that adults need, and almost all that children require. Ruth??s Hemp Protein powder contains 50% protein, and is also a source of Essential Fatty Acids, Omegas 3, 6 and 9. Our powder is a very fine grind, to suspend well in smoothies. Certified organically grown in the Canadian prairies, take it daily as an alternative to meat or soy protein, to build muscles and increase stamina and energy. This powder contains 80% hemp protein.

How do you define “natural” exactly…?
Well the way I see “natural” is it first comes off it comes from a plant. So it makes it organic, raw and its natural protein.
So, if it comes from an animal it isn’t natural?
If it comes from an animal it is natural but isnt WHEY protein processed?
Plus I take Hemp because it has less protein. I can’t burn all the calories from WHEY. It was too much protein for me because I ate a lot of meat already.

Um, you kinda gotta sorta process the hemp plant in order to get hemp protein powder, yes?
Or do you suck powder right out of the leaves? I’m thinkin’ not.

Like Rykker just stated, your hemp protein is processed – possibly much more than whey.
