The protein I use says 100% whey, so does that mean the BCAA’s and glutamine is in the actual whey?

Ya whey has the all the aminos etc in it, i wouldnt worry about other supps. The most important supp is probably the one that you have already, whey !!!
Use your whey with a good diet and workout and you shall do just fine

There’s nothing I can do, if you’re a teenager your parents control you, there’s no way around it. It has nothing to do with growing a pair.

Ya like i said use your whey and a good diet/workout. You are still young and can try other supps when you move out or whatever in a few years.
Unless you want to get into serious body building etc, you really shouldnt need any supp but the basics like whey.

um, what? You can’t burn 22-24 grams of protein and 120 cals?
Ya a whopping 120 cals is very,very difficult to burn off lol
Did you ever hear of maybe doing 1/2 scoop instead of a full scoop? It isnt rocket science but if you like the hemp than thats your choice
