Dude sounds like a monster

He was enormous!

He was.

Can we search by username here?

here’s his rate my physique thread, I think this was the first time he posted on here.

he had a couple logs as well, easy enough to find through search.

Can’t believe that’s 6 years old… time flies.

I don’t think we have any active posters carrying that kind of size on here anymore, unfortunately. I hate to come across as the ‘back in the old days’ guy, but man… we’ve had some runs on these forums with some reallllly impressive bodybuilding and strength athletes. Alpha in the strength world. ZRaw has a hell of a physique these days. Waylander was impressive, huge dude. Marauder Meat was a beast. That front squat thread with Swole was insane.

I probably miss Iron Dwarf most of all. lolz.

Still plenty of people for me to look up to! But I can see where someone who is advanced like you would enjoy having other elite lifters around. I still think it would be super awesome as well

He was on here again more recently than that. But yer he was a monster.

I’ve only been posting here little over a year and he’s commented since then. He’s a monster

He’s also a really nice guy too, humble, laid back.

I met Zraw walking around the Olympia meet-and-greet last year. He looked awesome!

Yeah, I remember he showed back up and was doing like 765# rack pulls. Monster.

Meanwhile, my spine is bruised from squats because I have no traps… I’m beginning to think being lean is overrated.

Devils advocate :smiling_imp: :

Or maybe you just need some traps…

Ever use a safety bar?

I do. My right one has been gone since I had shoulder surgery in June. I’m still in the comeback phase.

Haven’t seen one in real life since high school.

I am trying to lean out to keep my blood glucose levels in check (stupid pancreas) but if I didn’t have that issue I would be trying to build as much pure strength and bulk as I could, mostly out of curiosity.

That’s too bad. They’re awesome.

My gym has absolutely everything, so I can definitely tell you which toys I like.

Right off the bat, the SSB is the coolest specialty bar. EliteFTS’s pitches you forward the most; the Titan one sits up higher and feels more front squatty.

Something you may be able to convince your gym to get are the MAG grips. They are cable attachments, and I’ve started using them for everything lat - it just puts you in a perfect spot to line your wrists up and actually use your lats.

Is that the 2.0 or the original? I thought the former was a direct rip off.

Good question. I don’t know. I can take a picture if you’re looking for a review. The one in our gym has a smaller camber, and the yoke part doesn’t angle as far forward, so it just sits higher up on your traps/ neck

We had an SSB in high school and I hated it. I’m pretty sure I didn’t use it right. I wanted to sit back and it just wasn’t built for that.

I’ll get my trap back eventually. I’ve never really had any issues in the past.
