I’d say closer to 15% but it’s just semantics. I’m around 210lbs first thing in the morning
Love the bat wings from the front! Looking well. Only point I’d pick out is to work on obliques more but that’s just my personal preference and what I would do if I looked like you do.
Great physique… This thread even taught me something, that Yolo is fucking retarded.
Definition of Bodybuilder:
someone who does special exercises to develop a brawny musculature.
To say that jwesus isn’t a bodybuilder because he hasn’t done a competition is immature, irrelevant and just plain wrong. I know lot’s of great bodybuilders who hate “bodybuilding competitions” and say they are a male beauty contest… doesn’t mean they don’t participate in building their body or what we refer to as bodybuilding. Especially when so many so called competitors that have done bodybuilding competitions look like they’ve never touched a weight.
jwesus is doing a competition soon and has contacted a coach, will start dieting midway through december.
You’ve made excellent progress and seems like you’ve almost recomped your body without changing your weight that much at all. Not an easy thing to do.
Please don’t take what I’m about to say the wrong way:
Normally I’d come right out and say your workout split needs major adjustments… but it seems like its working pretty damn well for you. I’d advise more back/leg work and focus on the major compound movement lifts as you get more bang for your buck then by isolating muscle groups. It seems like your arms/chest muscle groups are getting more work then your legs and back are. The largest biggest muscle groups should get the most work.
Again your doing fantastic and the progress you’ve made is sick. If you’d like any advice from me it would be to add in more back/leg work (particularly deadlifts and squats). Compound movements like that promote higher test levels in the body.
As far as your diet goes, you seem to have a decent handle on it and your going to be working with a dieting coach so I’d imagine he could help you there more then I could.
Great work and good luck!

i am not trolling.
it is arrogant to call yourself a bodybuilder when you have never competed.
if you have not competed you do not know what it takes to be a bodybuilder.
you are just a guy who lifts weights.
btw you look pretty good, lacking back width and leg sweep.[/quote]
Bodybuilding is body modificationg through intensive muscular hypertrophy,
A persons choice to not compete does it negate the fact they have trained to, and succeeded in body modification

This bickering is exhausting.
Jwesus, good fucking job bro keep it up! We have very similar stats, it’s motivating to see you make some progress !
Beast physique, like WhiteFlash said reminds me the Engineers from Prometheus, you gotta dress up as one of those guys for Halloween.
I’m hoping it is ok to post this facebook page link here, if not mods please remove
I will be documenting a 22 week diet starting today, including everything from diet to training.
looking great. You have a lot of strong points and good insertions from what I can tell at your current bodyfat.
I didn’t read any of this thread,is the purpose just to see what people think or are you thinking about competing?
will be competing may 19th if everything goes to plan
