You’re stating to look like an “engineer” from Prometheus. Props dude.
Argh, I just read every fucking page! OP, you look awesome.
I hope yolo hung himself after masturbating with his own tears…
Awesome. Are you still weighting 205lbs? You look much bigger than in the relaxed pic. And it’s hard to believe you only weighting 205 at 6’2" and looking like in the last picture ![]()

I’m happy to dispense advice etc if people want to ask.
In the last 18 months I’ve had maybe 4 months ‘off’ from an eating plan. I get fat too easily, Im almost eating less cals than maintenance but seem to continue to grow. I chalk that up to adequate protein and quality calories.
In 5 years its gone like this
Bulk for a year, cut for 3 months, got colitis for two years an didn’t care about body comp only cared if I got stronger, then pretty much eating below maintenance since October 09, with little breaks of a month here or there.[/quote]
I see your ratios in a later post (looks like 50%p/25%c/25%f or so), but didn’t see you list what your calories are anywhere. Could you tell us what your calculated maintenance cals are and what you take in daily? Thanks.

Without juice?! That’s amazing, if its true man youre the fukin man then!
Good job for natty gains like that! Not bad for sure, but to be honest, something looks a little off about the aesthetic to me. Not entirely sure what, but I think I can safely say a little more work on delts and forearems wouldn’t hurt.

small clavicles, small waist, big hips.
more delts could never hurt.
Jwesus–your physique is looking pretty aesthetic sir.
As far as whether or not you are a “bodybuilder”, I’d submit that there is a difference between calling oneself a “bodybuilder” vs. a “professional bodybuilder” or “competitive bodybuilder”.
To me, those are 3 distinctly different terms which do have some overlap, but also a progression
It’s safe to say that one who has made a profession of bodybuilding would have also had to compete.
It’s safe to say that in order to compete, one would have first had to become a bodybuilder.
Bodybuilding itself is a form of physical training intended to modify or “build” the “body” by way of muscle hypertrophy. An person who engages in this form of training is therefor a “bodybuilder” --not necessarily a competitive or professional one mind you.
$.02
OP- You are looking amazing. You just keeping getting bigger, while your waist gets smaller.
Great job.
Forget all of the hate on this thread, you are an inspiration.
Thank you!
Keep it up.
