Thighs look fine. Calves are a bit skinny. Lower abdominals look a little odd.

its gone from 4000 a day down to 2000-2500(depending on the day) currently macros are 5 days of 275/95/60 p/c/f and 250/240/57
99% of the foods I’ve eaten are unprocessed/i’ve had one cheat meal since january 2nd and it was pizza and doughnuts lol

always train your abs!!! i went by the notion - abs are built in the kitchen - to a degree yes but you still need to work them!

cheers for the advice guys, I’m 18 days out today. I don’t think there is much I can do between now and then but try get leaner.
