If it’s accompanied by a note along the lines of “Follow this info, and I’ll sleep with you in 12 weeks.” I don’t think it would be an insult.

The problem that I have is that friends are always asking me for tips; once I actually give my thoughts their eyes start to glaze over and they quickly change the subject.
Something couched in a more “Men’s Health”-type format would be a lot more palatable to the masses.
