How do you like it there?

I’m moving to Rio Rancho in a month, and I’ll need to find a gym out that way.

Can’t picture him right now, but I’m almost sure if I saw him, I’d recognize him. I’ve only been a member there forever, so I pretty much have seen each member at least three or four times, haha.

I have my own (in progress) and get’, a sign That Says “Cock Deez"s” gym.I think its pretty funny.

WoW Fitness- Cromwell/Middletown, Ct

Cardio Express- Wethersfield,Ct

I’m not a fan of either gym, but they are close and relatively cheap. Each has it’s plusses and minuses. (mostly minuses)

I started at the old Gold’s Gym in Middletown,Ct (DAMN I miss that place)

You are not too far from me (and I have worked out at the WoW of which you speak… machines too crowded together).

I work out at LA Fitness in South Windsor, CT. It’s not ideal, but not bad. I can use chalk (technically not supposed to, but a bunch of people do it and I have never seen management say a darn thing when they see it), deadlift, etc. Plus it is nice to have the hoops court when I just want to get in a run.[/quote]

WoW is down the street from the rink I skate out of.

I lift at Gold’s in East Hartford. There’s a sweet powerlifting room in the basement, and that’s the only place I train.

Where do we start…

Northen VA - Wordgate Sport & Health (I joke that the only time somebody breaks a sweat here is when they get too close to the steam coming from the expressos on the way in). They have 60 inch plasmas hanging from the ceiling everywhere, def not a powerlifting gym but they do have two squat racks and everything I need when I’m home.

Bloomington, IN - Iron Pit (exactly what it sounds like) strongman area in the back with kegs, tires, etc… provided.

Bloomington - Bloomington Sportsplex - basic and gets the job done, has an indoor turf field.

Bloomington - Cardinal Fitness - in my apartment complex and very clean, not to mention the hotties that work out there

I am the biggest, baddest mofo at my gym.

which is in my basement, where I lift alone:)
