I was wondering if anyone has any tips on nail bending.
I have never bent nails before, or even tried but I want to give it a go.
I am a little concerned of hurting my hands cause then I wouldn’t be able to train.
Also I was wondering if it is better to cut of the tip of the nail. I don’t want to have the nail cut through my hand.
What nail sizes should I start with.
Any input would be really grateful. Cheers
