Know what I hate? Getting health advice from some fat bastard.

She likes Star Trek and Tolkien.
This forum just made my day. I’ve been taking pictures of land whales and sending them to my buddies, it’s hilarious. There are so many on campus, walmart is flooded with them…and they’re fat because they buy doritos, whole milk (nothing wrong with it for normal people), donuts, candy, icecream, it’s terribly funny!!!
it’s all good.
when the zombie apocalypse happens, even a powerlifter with relatively low GPP (like me) will be able to outrun the fatties!

Whole milk or no milk, motherfucker.
And fat people rule; when the eventual zombie apocalypse arrives, they’ll feed the zombies to the point of bursting. Hence, no fatties, no zombies.
Accept the fat people. We will need them.
EDIT: Why the fudge was the post above mine NOT there when I clicked reply?!
Touche!

I have much respect for fat people who are busting their ass to lose weight, and I have sympathy for fat people who don’t want to be fat, but don’t think they have the power to change.
I was a fat kid. Every time I’d try to start some kind of exercise program people would shoot me down, tell me it was pointless, or that I’d hurt myself.
I’d try to avoid junk food, but friends and family would push another piece of cake or slice of pizza at me and tell me it was silly for me to try to diet because that’s just how I was. You try to rely on willpower, but when everyone around you is constantly chipping at away at it, when they’re constantly trying to rob you of your self respect, it’s fucking hard.
These motherfuckers, who spread lies that you have to accept being fat, that you’re genetically fat and there’s nothing you can do, and that fat is beautiful, I hate these guys.
I totally agree… I was a fat kid too, when I started lifting/dieting, most people just didn’t think I was going to make it, they just saw my plan with disbelief and negativity. Well, a year later, some of that people actually don’t think that my change occurred because I actually was dieting/training hard, a lot of people have asked me if I had a surgery/gastric bypass/taking steroids, etc. Right now, I look back at my life as a fat guy and I’m just pissed at myself for wasting so much time.
Sorry if my english sucks, not my first language.

fat people make me look better. I like them.
Yup, the more fatties the better.
Fat acceptance is supported by another form of delusion, just like people who believe the world is 6000 years old or that the earth is flat. These people find one or two studies that they can misinterpret and then don’t let go no matter what scientific information they’re presented with, because they feel there’s some sort of “conspiracy” or something.
For fat acceptance it usually is something about how people who are fat don’t REALLY have any negative health issues because of it, and that presenting a morbidly obese person as an example is a “straw man”. Usually the studies involve someone who is a little overweight but still very active, and the scientists say “oh, no health issues”, so fat people conclude it’s ok to be morbidly obese. They also attempt to state that diets don’t work and that everyone just has a “fixed weight” which they are unable to seriously fluctuate from. It’s borne out of a poor understanding of the proper nutrition and exercise you need to acheive those goals.
I don’t knock people who are a little overweight and don’t care, but are still active to maintain health. It takes a pretty large amount of effort to change your body significantly and not everyone wants to undertake that if they’re happy otherwise. However, I certainly won’t have any sympathy for them if they bitch and moan about it.

Shit, that’s what we’re doing this weekend. I generally pack the black leather thong for these occasions so hopefully I can pick up a few dollars while I’m at it.
anyone have change for a $20.00?

Change for a $20??? Do you really think that will cover it?

Not if they’re the kind of sprinter-zombies you get in the latest incarnation of dawn of the dead… That fattie sure was fast.
Belief: Lose weight if you don’t like discrimination based on your size.
Reality:
Scientific studies show that the majority of people cannot achieve long-term sustainable weight loss. Under no circumstance is discrimination based on size or weight of one’s body ever acceptable.
Seriously, what the fuck? As if fat, lazy people need even more justification to remain fat and lazy… Now there’s a fairly legitimate-looking website telling them that it’s ok to be fat and lazy because they probably can’t lose weight anyways? Fuck that.
Horsesh*t!
first off, the world is 6000 years old and was created in only 6 days. next everyone knows dieting and exercise doesn’t work, its in ur head. u need lipozene so u can lose 2.86lbs in 4 weeks and 78% of that weight was pure body fat, all that without exercising or changing ur daily diet.

haven’t seen the latest one yet…
what I was trying to say, is that I’ll be faster than the non-zombie fatties, the zombies will get the non-zombie fatties before they get to me. giving me plenty of time to lift heavy shit to build a fortress. if a zombie catches up to me first - well, that’s one of the myriad purposes for carrying a big-ass knife at all times…

Wow, I can’t believe these people are so delusional that they actually think it is acceptable to be out of shape and in the military.
This is total BS if they think the military will have some sort of fat acceptance reform. Your BF% is part of the Army Physical Fitness Test. So if you can do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and run two miles in 13:00 mins but have BF% over 20%… YOU ARE A FAILURE!!!

The world is flat because of all the fat people stepping on it!
And it is 6000 yrs. old too. If each year you use = five hundred thousand regular years.
Fat people are a myth. People of non-functional mass are just ‘salad intolerant’.

Someone tell this whale she has no chance of zipping that up.
I’m tempted to add her as a friend on the myspace page I never use anymore and say “Congrats on being a fat slob”.
