I thought this would be here by now, but since it is not, I will do the honors. Personally, I love it, I consider it a ringing endorsement. They are calling attention to the movement. They are pitting a false claim, which makes it even better. And proving that since they cannot argue on substance, they’ll just play the race card.
My personal view is that the public is sick as fuck of people flippantly playing the race card every time they see something they don’t like.
The only down side I can see is that it may actually draw racists to the movement under the false pretense that the NAACP are right. I don’t expect actual racists to be smart enough to know the difference between a flippant accusation and and actual racist movement.

And if the imagery were used by blacks against Bush, it would be racist too. But I don’t remember going to any anti-war protests and seeing a bunch of angry blacks calling Bush a honky. But I do remember going to a couple Tea Party protests and seeing/hearing a lot of people, albeit not a majority at all, calling Obama nigger and other such slurs.

Comparisons of racist and socialist Obama to racist and socialist Hitler are certainly hyperbole — at least currently — but are hardly “racist.”
The left frequently referred to Bush as “Chimpy” and comparisons of Bush to Hitler were part of the mainstream liberal media meme.
It’s tacky and over the top, perhaps.
But given the times I saw Bush burned or hung in effagy in NYC, hardly out of the ordinary.
BTW:
The specific claims of “Tea Party Racism” stem from a black Congressman who claims he was called by racial epithets (“Nigger”) when crossing into a federal building.
There were numerous cameras of the event — both Media and private. None picked up a single racial epithet.
A multi-hundred thousand dollar award was offerred for a tape of an epithet, and no one claimed it.
The Congressman eventually backpeddled and admitted he “felt” threatened, and mealy-mouthed that he “thought” “maybe” someone in the crowd said something.
In short, he lied.
Apparently, the NAACP won’t let the facts get in the way of some good race-baiting.

Actually the original claim was that the crowd chanted racial slurs.

Ah, even less credible. It’s amazing how, even when busted on video, Michelle Obama will repeat this lie. Bit like the “burning black churhes” Clinton lied about.
“A lie told often enough . . . .” (to quote a Nazi).
