I say fuck it and go for 280-300. You can always cut later. You’re young and about to hit your prime. Go for broke.
Cycle your carbs, if you start to look like too much of a fatass.

the way i see it you have thrre options. you can bulk until the strength gains just stop over significantly slow down. or you can try to get to that coveted 300 lb mark while maintaining your waist size. or you can go to 18 and then just cut no matter what happened.
once you cut you can start trying to increase your lifts while maintaining a low % of BF.
I wouldnt mess with endurance type running too much. At your weight, it is going to make your knees hurt and do you really want that hanging over your squat days? Maybe like twice a week do some HIIT or some rowing, or if youre really feeling like a man, get a big ass tire and flip it for 15 yards, then drag it back to where you started and repeat 2 more times.
You are probably going to have to start eating a little more if you start doing cardio, as it may compromise your recovery some. I would look into cycling your carbs first. Do what you must to stay healthy, but dont get caught up in the skinny boy bullshit. You want to break records, right?

I weighed like 215 when I first started but could only bench 105, talk about bad genetics.

If I bulked until 18 I would be like 400lbs with 100+lbs of bodyfat. Il probably just keep doing small cuts to keep me close to the 40" waist mark.

It dosent have to be running just basicaly anything that will get my cardio vascular system better. Foot ball is going to be a complete whore this year.
As far as breaking records the strongest total for the 16-17 age group in the "100# raw powerlifting Fed is 1450 I belive
So I would need a 350 pause bench 520 squat and 585 deadlift and I have just under two years to get those lifts, so unless I criple my self Its going to happen.
Also my morning weight is 264 with a 43.5" waist. So I gained another 9lbs and put 3/4 of a inch on my waist.

Damn your only 40-50lbs away from haveing quadrupled your bench.

I ordered a power rack and a bench a few days ago.
I just got them today and I set them up here they are.
Camera is being gay so Il just post the pictures from the site.
nice man, whatd it cost you?
Nice setup man. Theres an article on Ironminds about building your own platform for under 100 bucks.
I like how you worded that earlier “Football is going to be a whore”. My little bro plays and hes started doing sprint training pretty much year round now because if he doesnt, his weight gain will completely kill all of his speed (he plays Outside LB, so its kind of important that he stays somewhat fast).
Check out my log sometime if you get a chance.

299$ for the rack, free shiping it came on the third day so thats prety cool.
The bench was like 115$ I belive.

Looking back I wish I started doing some sprinting when I was 200lbs that way it wouldnt be as hard on me now.
Im looking to play center this year with my added weight gain and strength.
I actualy probably got a little more explosive this year. Wouldnt be suprized if I got faster in short distances.
When I weighed 200lbs I couldnt touch rim at my school, Yesterday at 264 I got it easy.
Today I looked into the sups I was takeing because I dont think I can realy be getting this strong without takeing something thats altering my hormones.
I took creatine the first week wich would count for some watter gain the first week but I have stoped for almost a week now and I weigh more now so Im ruleing that out. Im tkeing some amino acid shit with BCAA’s and I dont think thats whats doing it. It must be all the food and the energy drinks Im drinking before workouts
Any way I benched
Belt + wrist wraps.
bar x 5
bar x 10
130 x 3
130 x 3
220 x 3
275 x 1
300 x 8 bounceing… What the fucking hell!?! The first rep was pretty hard but they just kept comeing no one touched the bar or anything I stoped shrot of lockout on most of the reps but Im still counting them because I dont think that afected me to much.
pause benching
270 x 3
270 x 3
270 x 3
270 x 3
Feeling up to a good 7-10 pauseing with 270. If I dont hit 300 first of course.
I am now pretty damn sure I have 350 and Im decideing to move my reps up to 315lbs on bench and start working with them.
Cant wait to go to the gym and show off reping 3 plates.
Last time I benched there I was geting 8 shity reps with 225!
Unfucking belivable workout.
I upped my watter intake and Im useing the bathroom all the damn time so my weight is down
This morning I was 262 with a 43" waist, But damn Im feeling great!
