OK. just something I found out that I thought was pretty cool
my dad had 4 brothers they grew up on a farm two of them got into wrestling they were pretty small but they lived on a farm and ate alot of healthy stuff
at 14 years old my dads brother benched 245 for two reps weighing 110 and could curl 150 later on he broke a weight belt doing squats and messed up his stomache so he stoped lifting
my dads other brother benched 380 at 17 and then he stoped lifting because he had to get his grades up
and my dad right not without ever working out can akwardly pause bench 245 and curl 50’s for deadlift one day he walked up and picked up 450 I know he could had done it but he was afraid to do it without warming up because he had a violent cough once and torn the musce from his rib
and my brother without even training deadlifted 405 raw at 16
Im starting to flip out at how strong my family is
225 for 10 bench is in my grasp I want to get it along with a 300 lb 3 board press in tops 10 weeks

the first week of the bench program you usualy dont see many gains its the last two weeks where it hits you Im thinking a 260-270 bench leaveing me about 5 months to get another 30-40 lbs on my bench to bench 300 at 15

no time soon Im shamefull these numbers are pathedic by any standards much less weighting over 220 but Im happy I have them, maybe when Im older and can lift more than the average gym teacher ![]()
Lol, a 390 box squat is nothing to sneeze at. My ATG Oly squat is only 215 for 5 :(. Now THAT is pathetic. You’re a tall bastard like me…I envy you and your squatting damnit.
