Complex carbs give you a better pump than any NO product ever will.
me too man. i train right, diet right and live a healthy active lifestyle. But i also work alot. Its nice to have that extra energy boost before a 2 hour workout. It keeps me pretty motivated throughout the day as well. I dont experience any crash from NO so i dont need any coffee at work.
Also. I took the Fury like 5 hours ago. Got done lifting like 2.5 hours ago and i still have a nice swell on. The girls i work with must love it as much as i do.

well, if they worked, I’m sure they would create one. that’s not really a valid argument
Isn’t the “active ingredient” in NO products “l-arginine”?
…you know you can get L-arginine by itself, for a lot less money, and with a lot less sugar.

Dude, they realize you’re God’s gift to women whether or not you take N.O. fury.
Don’t sell yourself short.
I’d still like to see one of these “many” studies.
I like NO products. I may be doomed to T-Nation failure for saying that, but I notice quite the difference in reps, recovery, and weight lifted while using most NO products.
Also L-Arginine helps in these ways:
* Precursor for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO)
* Stimulation of the release of growth hormone.
* Improves immune function
* Reduces healing time of injuries (particularly bone)
* Quickens repair time of damaged tissue
* Reduces risk of heart disease
* Increases muscle mass
* Reduces adipose tissue body fat
* Helps improve insulin sensitivity
* Helps decrease blood pressure
* Alleviates male infertility, improving sperm production and motility
* Increases circulation throughout the body, including the sex organs
Thanks Wikipedia!
Just because T-Nation doesn’t sell it, doesn’t mean it’s crap/doesn’t work.

Ok I’ll bite. NO supps are a joke. I think you the one who’s dreamin.
I can’t workout if this guy is a troll.
Nobody is saying that because Biotest doesn’t sell it it’s crap. I’ve read several articles (NOT from T-Nation) discounting the benefits of NO products. I’ve also toyed with bulk versions of the same product (for much much cheaper than even the Wal-mart NO.
If you claim that L-arginine is the sole reason that NO products work, wouldn’t it be better (and cheaper) to eliminate the fancy marketing, and just buy that ingredient direct?
I’d just like to see one of these many studies that are claimed to be out there. The only studies I’ve seen supporting something like NO-xplode are the 5 page ads in magazines that are paid for by the company making the product.
I’ve only used NO products a handful of times, but I did notice a positive effect when using it. Wasn’t enough to justify spending 60 extra bucks a month or whatever it is, but the difference is there.

I’m not sure that’s true since many articles have said it’s useless, can they REALLY go back and say…well…we made one the RIGHT way…so now NO is ok. Then again, you could be right too. All I’m saying is that I don’t KNOW.
What I DO know is that I personally don’t use any NO products. I also know several experienced lifters/coaches that do use and like NO products.

pretty much. But i have to attribute atleast a small amount of this gift to my frequent NO indulgence.
Well since no one else has bothered…
Tube Fucking Steak Boogie
I here Costco makes the bestest NO supps, you should check it out.
In anycase, you won’t find much love for NO at T-Nation.
FACT: Most here don’t believe in it.
You will most likey get the response you are looking for at Bodybuilding.com they love NO.

Oh… Oh my God…
Groundbreaking realization, chief.
Go buy some L-arginine for 10 bucks, then take it before your workout with some simple sugars (like the ones in your dicksplode) and you’ll get a fucking pump.
L-arginine is a vasodialator. It expands your blood vessels. This is why it makes you look more vascular.
Carbs give you a pump. swolesplode contains simple sugars.
Again, groundbreaking. I know.
I’d agree Aggro, and that’s why I just buy L-Arginine powder.
yeah man for 20 bucks i just bought a 45 day supply of Arginine Alpha Keto Gluterate
and for the most part im feeling some pumps
im taking 6-9 grams
feeling pretty good and not spending over 50+

So. If i want to make my own “Dicksplode”. Ill buy sum L-arginine, sugars, carbs and caffeine…dont forget the caffeine broseph.
Now do u think this would be that much cheaper than the $18.99 bucket i just bought. Cuz im gonna have to say not by much. So therefore…for the extra couple bucks i spent @ Wallmart for sum decent NO…ill pull the lazy card.
Much easier to take 2 scoops than pop a bunch of pills and make up this carb/sugar/arginine/caffeine concoction ur saying we should do.
I don’t know man. While I’m not insulting you for your choice of product, I’m just saying (that like most things) it’s cheaper to make your own. The Arginine I get mixed with some sugar and electrolytes costs me about $30 for a three month supply. And I don’t really buy in bulk.
