Despite a lack of currently available data on safety profile and real efficiency on athletes of myostatin inhibitors like follistatin, myostatinâ??s propeptide, ACE-031 (Myostatinâ??s soluble receptor) or MYO-029 (Monoclonal antibody),would you be ready to start a protocol with these products? (we donâ??t talk about money or legality of these products).

Fuck no. Nobody really knows what they do, or how they do it. I like my testosterone.

I think more research needs to be conducted for efficacy and safety in humans. There is evidence that follistatin (FST) plays roles relating to cell growth and proliferation beyond skeletal muscle tissue. In fact, there is research in humans that the BRCA1 mutation can effect FST which impacts tumor genesis. FST may very well effect tumor genesis and cancer; positively or negatively we do not know for sure. Wade carefully into the use of myostatin inhibitors. Growth is great for muscle tissue, not for other tissue. When a tissue specific myostatin inhibitor is found and one that can target the muscle protein synthesis pathway specifically then I will throw my hat in the ring for using it for human muscle development

Almost everything anabolic for muscle growth has a nonselective effect on cell growth. Leucine activates the mTOR pathway. A lack of leucine in my opinion is part of why calorie restriction on average extends maximum lifespan

Very true, same opinion on calorie restriction and the effect of leucine on cell aging, if its what you meant.
I would try it.
