My working isn't working

Hi, I been working out for about 3 months and not been seeing any muscle growth at all. My usual rountine is back/biceps/cardio one day, legs/cardio the next, and chest/tricep/cardio the next. I usually take about 2 days off during the week. I usually do about 3 sets of 10 reps and workout for about an hour. I really like working out, but its very discouraging when not seeing any improvements. I’m 6’0 163. Is protein supplements a good idea or something else?? Does any have any suggestion?? Thanks for any help.
