2 years? of course every individual progresses at their own rate but from what i can see in that bad photo, it seems you should be further along than that if you’ve been working as hard as you suggest for than length of time.

Dude you’re what 15? To be a pro takes a lot of time and effort, not too mention some really good drugs.

I’m not trying to kill your dreams here, hell you may be the next Jay, but not before you put in some serious time.

People and hostile towards you because you aren’t exactly off to the best start and are asking about being a pro.

You need to read the articles on here, start with the latest one about nutrition and then find a good workout plan. I would suggest a plan focuses around bench, squat, and deadlift as you are just starting out.

I hope this post gets your head into the right place.
