well made it through the holiday party without drinking anything other then club soda, and managed to stay off the massive spread of delicous smelling food. now its time for a walk.
Man, I know how that is, it’s hard as hell to stay strong in those circumstances and not give in. You should be pretty damn proud of yourself!
Was tired last night passed out early. feeling kinda tired today as well. had my weakly solid meal today. had grilled chicken over romain lettace, with olive oil and crushed red pepper. was tastey. but it was a business lunch and i didnt choose the resturant. they choose one of my favorite coal oven pizza places. Pizza is my biggest weakness.
i had to sit at the table with a delicous pie right in my face the whole time while i ate my salad. i just put my head down and ate my greeens and grilled chicken. two days, two tests and i passed em both.
So i lost 7lbs in one week. not bad. i went to the gym today, did big back/bi/little leg
going on my walk shortly
should be fun.

Yup - first week will be high - 7 pounds is good. A lot of water and glycogen weight lost, and some fat too. The next weeks the number will likely be much lower as you shed just fat.
How come you are hitting the gym and doing your NEPA walk on the same day?

im have been doing a walk every day, and this week will be doing two walks on non lifting days. im pretty sure your supposed to do nepa everyday.
Well yes, you are supposed to do a level of physical activity daily, but in the original V-Diet plan, the NEPA walk of around 3.5 miles is recommended for non-lifting days, not all days.
Hi, fellow V-Dieters…I just started mine and I know for sure you’re supposed to do NEPA walks everyday. I had asked Chris about it as I participate in boxing and was worried I’d over do it, as it is very taxing. He said to skip NEPAs on days I box but will be doing them on all other days…Keep going strong bwbski.
