My Two Year Transformation

I’ll rephrase. You wont look like a skinny bitch

I don’t really understand how this happens. Did you only workout like 2 days a week or something while drastically upping your calories?

I’d really work on cleaning up your diet, throw in a day or 2 of cardio a week, and maybe drop your cals by a few hundred a day.

You will still gain weight, just not as fast, and not as much storing as fat. We also need to see the wheels.

next question: Why did you post in RMP?

He NEEDS to slim down to maybe about 170 or so. Just adding cardio and cleaning up won’t do much when the bf is close to 20.

And on the next bulk, he should train his arms directly. big time.

I think its a solid improvement over the before either way, but thats a matter of opinion.

oh, just saw the 3 pics after my post… ok you gained too much fat op…

It was admitadly a dirty bulk, with very little to no cardio. My main focus was building mass.
Fat or not, I still worked my ass off to build up to this. I do admit that I need to cut now, but I do feel alot better about myself than I did before.

Well now cut the fat, than start eating clean and add some low intensity cardio. gl

Doesn’t anyone else think this is a troll?

Why blur your face out in some pics but not others?
Makes me think they’re pics of different people.

Also, how’d you get your areolas to shrink?

seriously? if I were a troll don’t you think I could do better than this? Haha.

Anyhow, I think I am going to plan a cut to around 180 lbs this winter and see how far that gets me. I think one of my biggest problems was playing the numbers game instead of focusing on quality muscle growth.

lol. i might just have to co-sign

the blurring struck me as odd too. and idk most people who are super skinny dont end up having the chance to be chunky. i think its time i went to bed though

I think I’m just biased towards bulks like this. Whenever I bulk I always hover in the 11-13% BF range, and continue to add mass pretty easily, and still look pretty damn good with my shirt off.

I know some people see that as a limiting factor, but I consistently put on 20 lbs every year I do this. I just don’t feel the need to up the calories to the point were you look like the michellen man at the end of your bulk, and then have to work that much harder to get rid of it when you cut.

Il cut you a break though OP, it was your first bulk attempt and you did what you set out to do, so good job. Just try and plan it better next time!

I’m getting so tired of people calling “troll” on every damn post by a new member, seriously its getting old.

I’m tired of people who look like fried shit making their first post in RMP.

I don’t think I’m alone in that either.

Thanks… I agree with the arms statement, they are lagging and I plan on addressing it. I was actually thinking of cutting to about 180. I’m okay with not being completely ripped since I don’t plan on competing or anything.

Also, to the comments about my not working out and only eating… if that were the case I don’t think I would have seen my mass increase in my arms, shoulders, legs, chest, lats and traps. Pretty sure everything would have remained the same with the exception of my waist line.
Thanks for the comments, its always helpful to get an outside oppinion!

haha we all are. But this is like the 8th time I’ve seen someone yell troll today, and I guess I just singled you out. Sorry

You went from skinny to skinny-fat with an emphasis on fat. It looks like you were going for the full house look. That would require having a lot of muscle with fat over it that blurs muscle striation and separation. You look like you have a lot of fat with minimal amounts of muscle. .

The other guy who posted a week or two ago was getting flack for putting on fat but he also put on a lot of visible muscle. Even in your 150lb pics you have a substantial gut and no muscle.

It’s pretty obvious that you can’t get away with a cardio-less ‘dirty bulk’. That should have been apparent in the 150lb pics. Focus on adding LBM, strictly.

The guy’s back and shoulders have gotten a ton wider in the afters. He needs to train his arms though.

Obviously I wasn’t being serious.

I see improvement in lat width, and none in delt development that wouldn’t come from daily activities performed in a caloric surplus.

BUT if you look solely at the final pic, which is what I usually do because I don’t actually give a shit where someone started, you will be seeing a poor attempt at bodybuilding. That’s the point of lifting weights and eating food, isn’t it?

I agree, and I also think he should slim down before getting back on.
It wasn’t a great bulk, but IMO the final STILL looks a lot better than the original. Considering it was his first bulk and he stuck with it,

I;m cutting him some slack, and I personally think someone calling him “looking like fried shit” when his/her own body fat is fucking 23% reeks of fried hooker-shit.

Fair enough

And yes the name calling is quite juvenile.

I’m going to have to agree on the troll theory. I mean, the OP obviously isn’t shy about showing his face in the first pics.
Why go to the trouble of blurring his face out in the later ones? It’s a bit late to be trying to hide his identity now.

Still, decent transformation between the first and second photos. Even if the later ones are of a completely different person…

Extra credit for getting a haircut. The Farrah Fawcett look doesn’t really sit well on a man.
