3 Years, Improve On?

This is where i am at after 3 years of serious dedication and education about the body

Three years? Really?

Ya don’t know where he started from Derran, nevertheless, post better pics and give more stats…well give any stats.

Chest and lats look seriously lacking.

Hey, I may be wrong, but three years could transform a skinny dude into someone WAY bigger than this guy. I know; I’ve done it to a certain extent.

im a little surprised by three years as well…

need more pics to give u a serious rating … and post some lifting stats… though right now i think ur 1.5 rating is a little unfair

Who cares about his stats? How about the stats of the girl in your avatar? Damn, I think all sexy avatars should be banned from the site. It’s quite “disturbing” to look at, lol…

Your profile is a very interesting read.

I was an exceptional powerlifter after a while I was just unhappy with my body. I was a weight room gangster with monster 1 rep numbers: 600lb in the bench, 700 in deadlift, and 500 in the squat (I always hated it but I knew it was important) and my Olympic lifts were all between 340-350…but I was fat.[/quote]

Some pics/videos/official placings would really help me believe this, cauze I’m having a veeeery hard time doing that right now.

that look in your eyes is frightning lol but i dont really know how to rate you from this pic?

whoa I missed that, I agree with brant_drake, lets see some videos of that.

Good definition, looking cut. Eat clean, lots of protein, and keep lifting hard – you’ll keep improving.

By the way, you’ve got something on your chest and your arms and—oh, nevermind (just tatoos…) Just out of curiosity, what do they mean?

FWIW, the real Rasputin was a vegetarian. This doesn’t exactly lend itself to quality bulking. Also, he spent a part of his life walking across Europe, which is not a particularly anabolic exercise regimen.

I’m assuming you’ve named yourself after the Mad Monk for the wild look in your eyes? Sorry, but yours doesn’t even come close. It’s actually a pretty pathetic hairy eyeball, but highlighted by the angularity of your face which is brought out by the positioning of your head. I gave your physique a three and your troll job a two.

so ive seen this term alot but this is the only message board ive seen it on TROLL?

what exactly does it mean and where did it come from?

Arf. Its just like this tiny 130lb asian kid I saw in the gym bragging to his mates that a year ago he was benching 440lbs. He was a weight-room gangster as well.

What did he look like before he starting working out.

If you spent as much money on your nutrition as your Chineese tats that nobody understands, you’d probably be a lot bigger after 3 years.

Yes, it seems like there should be some demonic wings sprouting behind him. OP, you really need to pick it up in regard to nutrition and lifting if you want to create a muscular physique to awe people with.
