New member and first post on this forum. Im 36, 5’10, and ~235 lbs.
Prior experience with gear, clean eating, and being in great shape, but that was about ten years ago. Between getting sober years ago and starting a family, and career shift to being a desk jockey full time (im a mech eng), I really neglected my health and diet, and it now shows physiologically.
I’ve been on TRT for about 4 years, cruising on 200mg test cyp, but with an inconsistent diet and little to no exercise.
I had a come to jesus moment about taking better care of myself, and spent the last couple weeks putting a cycle, diet, and exercise routine together. I just finished the first week.
To kickstart this journey, I am running an 18 week blast. Big fan of var and test , but adding a couple other things.
The goal here is overall health, and 40 lbs of fat loss over the next 18-25 weeks. I’ve done this before on test and anavar alone with an extremely dialed diet. im good with getting back to about 12% bf.
Diet is priority #1 - 2500 cal, 300g protein, 140 carb, 85 fat. Protein goal is hard to hit but i have managed it with good meal prep.
zero processed, no sugar, no high glycemic carbs. no bread, no gluten. managing 1 gallon of water a day.
Exercise - 5 days on , 1 day active recovery/ rest, 1 day full rest.
now the fun stuff -
.2 mg anastrozole/25mg clomid ed or as needed per blood work every 6 weeks ( I have a great doctor)
week 1-4 - sus 250, test cyp ( phasing over to sus remainder of cycle, but about 500 mg total for the week), 50mg anadrol split am/pm
week 5 - test cruise
week 6-12 - 500mg sus, 50 mg anavar split/am pm, 100-200mg primo based on labs.
week13-18 - add 25mg winstrol oral split am/pm, and continue previous segment regimen.
All ancillaries to protect organs, and adding superbeets. giving blood every 8 weeks.
