I need to start pinning glutes but have never done it, any tips on transitioning to this location?

Look up ventrogluteal injection. 25g 1 inch needle. Or you can use a 29g insulin syringe and go subq.

Upper outer part. Stay away from the sciatic nerve. I use 23 ga 1” or 1.5 “ pins but I have very meaty butt cheeks.
