I’d say its pretty unbalanced…why are you doing so much more volume for some parts of the body than others?

Holy crap! That is a lot of volume. Right off the bat I’d say to up the intensity and reduce the volume.

Can’t really comment further without more info. What are your goals? How long have you been training?

What is the purpose for your training? To aid in a sport? For strength? To get huge?

My day 4 it’s legs
