Next time: 137.5lb (5x6) try longer breaks for sure, maybe 5.5 even

Pullup: BW - 5 or 6 sets of 10-11, longer breaks
Tried weighted +75 but way too heavy, getting fat

Pullup: +70lb (7x2) [5min] - couldn’t pull all the way over chin on last few sets, getting too fat

Next time: 237.5lb (5x6) - think I need to warm up more extensively, missed last rep of 1st set with 235 because no warmup

03/14:

OHP: 155lb (7x2) [5min] - not bad
Next time: 160lb (10x1) - if easy, can try 162.5lb 10x1
