So I go to the doctor and tell him I want my T-Levels checked.
“Why?”
Because I just do…I want to see where I’m at.
“Are you taking any injections or on steroids?”
No.
“Are you sure?”
Yes, I would just tell you…
“Also, your BMI is getting high…”
“You are getting pretty thick.” (He’s been my doctor for years so he knows me…)
What?, I’m like 190 saoking wet. I stand 5’ 10"…(maybe, because at the same height is 155 at best.)
Seriously, you guys have seen my pics, I’m no mass monster, although I’ve gotten bigger
He finally agrees to do it reluctantly…
I go back in for the results…
“OK, I think you lied to me. Out of a range of 245 ng/dL to 1600 ng/dL yours came back at 1280 ng/dL…this is kinda of on the high side, definately higher than normal. So, I’m going to ask you again, are you taking any injections/pills or anything you want to tell me about?”
I found this amusing, and I had to hold myself from laughing…
Anyways, how can I get my T-Levels higher? naturally of course? anything specific in diet? etc.
