My Story.

How’s it going guys? I have lurked T-Magnum for about a month now, and have picked up great information, you guys really know your stuff. I have been bodybuilding for about a year and a half, and have made some great progressions.

I used to be pretty fat, at 245. This is what motivated me to start working out. I started off with running about a mile every other day, with weights incorporated on the off days. I gradually worked up to running 3 miles a day, with same weight routine.

I did this until I got down to 185, and cut cardio off completely. I got a personal trainer to teach me proper form, and many different exercises. After about a month or two, I cut the personal trainer out of my routine, and started this amazing voyage on my own.

I am now up to 195, at 6ft. 1’ with 11.5-12% body fat, and am very happy. Currently, I spend 3 hours a day in the gym doing a split routine. My long term goal is (for now) hit 225 with 9% body fat.

Now that that’s out of the way, I have a few questions:

  1. Is it okay for me to share information/promote supplements other than Biotest? I currently take NO Shotgun, Cell-Tech Hardcore, IsoPure zero Carb Protein (after workout) and ON’s Casein protein before bed (along with fish oil multi vitamin etc.) I have had amazing results using these products, and would love to give my recommendations to others in need.
