Subtitle: a man and his beergut.
ok, ok, I don’t drink any beer.
But here are my skinfolds anyway.
Biceps: 2mm
Triceps: 5mm
So far so good.
But here it comes…
Subscapular, immediatly below the shoulderblade: 22mm
Supra-iliac, above the hip bone: 16mm
I don’t have any reading for the pecs or umbilicus yet, but they look pretty high also.
I’ve been reading up on this on the internet, but there’s a lot of information there, often contradicting…
Any comments?

Yes. Why is this an issue for you unless you are dieting?

Yes, I’m trying to loose weight.
I’m 44 and I started training 2 years ago. Since then I’ve lost around 15kg and my arms, shoulders and legs are pretty hard.
But I’m still soft around the waist.
Anyway, I was hoping to get some people to post their skinfold readings.
I’m also reading up on a few articles that are looking for hormonal unbalances when looking at skinfold readings: ruggedmag.com/index.php?type=Article&i=4&a=4
