My Self Esteem Has Never Been Lower

I actually think a woman like that would not be pissed off or sorry at all. I think she would be stumbled for a few seconds at most, hit delete, and then move on with her day very quickly. To wit: she wouldn’t care at all. She’s the one with the partner and if she is an attractive woman she likely will never run out of prospects, which is different than some guy with low self esteem trying to land a chic.
What do you recommend I say then? I really want to send a message that would ruin someone’s day.

As I said, say nothing. You are not going to get anything out of this, and even if revenge feels so good to you, you won’t even know if she is pissed unless she texts something nasty back to you. And what will this do for you? Give you some fuzzy feeling because you aggravated some silly, immature college chic? As I said, she is the one with a partner, so she probably feels secure in this area of life. She will likely look at your text as a minor annoyance and get on with life, or get creeped out by it.

How about you focus on your day? You are not going to get shit out of this except appear desperate and frustrated because that’s what desperate guys do.

You don’t have to answer this, but do you have a robust social life and stuff to do?

a lot of very strong assumptions are being made here.

Seems to me like the chick was too shy to tell you to your face, so when you texted she said she had a boyfriend. Either that or she invented the boyfriend to let you down easy.

Why it’s such a big deal I’ll never know, just get on with your life and don’t give it a second thought. I can guarantee you that you WILL get worse rejections, so get used to shrugging them off and for god sake stop being such a pansy about the whole thing.

I mean you can say things like “bitch just wants attention” or a “boost to her ego” but that just makes you sound like a snivelling little pussy. Fact is, for whatever reason she wasn’t interested so just take it like a man.

you realise that you are a total cock, yes? That’s why women reject you.

I can just imaging you throwing your toys out the pram and crying your eyes out when you say that.

Did you send her a dick pic? Most women today like to know what kind of equipment they are dealing with right away. If a guy doesn’t send me a dick pic in the first 3 texts, I can only assume he has a small cock and I am not going to waste my time.

It is also important to include an item in the pic for size comparison so that the woman can properly assess length and girth. The weisenheimers on here will tell you that holding a shoe up is the best way to show a woman you are a man to be reckoned with, but that is a classic rookie move. The only acceptable item for size comparison is an American Express Black Card.

I would like to have one really good insult in the chamber just in case. You never know who you come across. And I highly doubt you don’t get a kick out of pissing people off that piss you off.

Then go think of one.

What I LIKE and what make sense or is mature can be different. I might LIKE to get revenge but in the case of just pissing someone off, it does nothing for me. There are other more serious matters in which real revenge would be called for, not some silly college broad in a text conversation.

Give in to your temptation.

Your mindset sucks. If it pisses you off that much, you are way too invested in someone who is completely inconsequential to your life.

Try approaching it with this attitude: whatever girls I talk to that I have a romantic or sexual interest in, I approach with the mindset of enjoying the process of flirting and banter and appreciate the opportunity to practise my conversational skills. When I go on dates, I go with the attitude that I want to have a fun conversation and whatever money I spend just falls into my budget for a regular night out having fun with another person.

Not that different from spending a night out with a friend. If things progress, that’s a bonus. If she pretends to be interested in you to use you for money, bankrupts you to feed her shopping addiction, cheats on you, then ditches you for the next sucker, then I might be a little put off.

As an example, not too long ago, a very attractive friend admitted that she had feelings for me and asked me out to karaoke. I turned out to be a fairly popular guy at the bar we went to, and enough people bought me drinks to make me stupid drunk. She ended up storming out on me because I was acting like a drunk moron. I figured, “why waste the night?” and continued to have fun at the bar. I apologized the next day, but she wasn’t having any of it. No point in trying to force it, so I told some friends, we had a good chuckle out of my stupidity the previous night, and I got on with business as usual.

Being a butthurt asshole may or may not bring her down, but I can guarantee that it will bring YOU down.

I agree with you on the revenge part.

I was pissed at this one girl for a bit, then she saw me with a younger, thinner, and hotter girl. Without directly trying, I figured that was probably the best revenge I could have gotten if I tried. The new chick was drama free, had an awesome attitude reminiscent of the Vixens of yore, and was prettier and 8 years younger than the original chick.

OP - women love a reaction, do yourself a favor and don’t give them one.

Edit: Because seriously, what kind of stupid bitch (aside from a stripper trying to reel in customers) gives her phone number to a guy she met at work just to fuck with him?
It’s pretty normal nowadays, actually.

But it isn’t to fuck with him; she just enjoys the attention and enjoys having another conversation-via-text going (plus all the incoming text notifications that that entails)

OP should embrace this fact.

OP should also be more forward, less friendly in future text exchanges.
Wow, so she really is just stupid for giving her personal information to a stranger, and a bitch for playing with this stranger’s feelings for her own amusement. Someday she’ll make some psycho very cross. I’m a woman and I’ve never been able to understand why some women insist on being so imprudent. Hello, stalker? Rapist?

Well, that was a REALLY old picture but thank you, sincerely. I’m pretty sure I peaked about 25 years ago. I was wondering how many people here got my Mary Ann and Ginger, and Flock of Seagulls Hair references. HA!!

I got both references. I think I’m a bit older than you. In university I rocked a pretty awesome permed mullet. It was quite large and beauteous.

Of course we got it; we all grew up with Nick-at-Night. It had all the old shows.

For the record, I always like Mary Anns, but ended up with Gingers.

But we always compared Kelly Kapowski (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen) and Jessica “Jessie” Spano (Elizabeth Berkley).
