My second cycle, any tips?

Hey guys! Im planning for my 2 cycle. My first was 350mg Test and 5IU Daily with GH. 12 weeks!

I’m wondering what I’m going to ride this summer. I’m pretty new to the game and trying to read up. There are a lot of different opinions! I’ve gone from 110kg to 80kg in less than a year of hard training! So I’m very proud of what I’ve accomplished. But what do you recommend? I was thinking of riding a 450 test anyway. But I’d like to look dry through that process to keep my motivation up! I need to eat more. I track all my food, but a little afraid to eat more

450-500/wk test is fine.
If you keep the carbs managed you won’t blow up unless you don’t keep estrogen managed.

If you wanna grow you need to eat.
Are you eating at maintenance right now?
List out all of your cals/macros

What are your goals? Keeping it simple with T solo again is fine. For a second cycle you could also run the same T level as before and add a friendlier oral or second compound.

I’m currently eating slightly below maintenance.

Calories are around 1700 kcal/day.

Macros are roughly:

Protein: 190-206 g

Carbs: 86 g

Fat: 59 g

Training performance is stable, but progress has slowed, which is why I’m reassessing intake.

My goal is to build more muscle and achieve a more marked, defined look.

I’m willing to try most approaches if they make sense and align with that goal.

I’m open to keeping things simple or adding another compound if it’s appropriate.

Your def not eating enough.
Your 176lbs and let’s say 12%bf so 155lbs lean body mass. How tall are you?

This is how I would set up a typical diet for growth
Protien-155x1.25=194g(775cals) That’s lean body mass x 1.25g/protien
Fats-155x.35=54g(488cals) That’s lean body mass x .35g/lb
Carb-Fill in the rest to meet your caloric goals. Carbs are 4cals/g
If you wanna go low carb I would set it up differently but i don’t suggest doing that unless you plan that to be your lifestyle.
Personally I would bring cals up to 2000 and keep them there until growth stops and then add another 200.
If you keep your foods clean and follow a slow calorie addition schedule you won;t put on fat. It will be a slower process though.

Agreed. Thats pretty light and if OP wants to gain muscle or run gear it’s gotta be more.

Lots of options. You could run same T as last time and an oral like Var/Tbol/Winny (pick one). Also, you could skip oral for now and add something like Test/Eq, Test/Primo or Test/Mast. It’s really about trying something and seeing how your body responds. No one size fits all. Tbol doesn’t seem to be popular but Test/Tbol gave me lean mass with virtually no sides. I also loved Test/Mast when I was still dabbling.

I won’t tell you what to do as it’s not my place, but I will implore you to only try one new thing at a time along with a Test base you are familiar with.

From experience, it is really hard to gain a lot of bodyfat if you are eating chicken breast and rice, training hard, and doing daily fasted cardio ( even if it’s for heart health only).
