Thanks man. Yeah I can’t tell you how fun it is to be on stage and just going nuts, not caring what anyone thinks. One time I stripped down to my underwear and ran through the crowd during a song (wireless system for my guitar). That was when I was skinny with facebook abs haha

Trying to take a note from the guys at EliteFTS and Super Training Gym. They do a LOT of box squatting and only free squat right before a meet. It’s helped some so far I can tell. thanks mmatt!

For that bench bro, I like that you are using Dave Tate’s and advice and tightening everything up, but make sure you still keep your ass on the bench, or you’ll be walking like an old lady who just had anal sex with a horse.
