You guys sound pretty good. I used to play drums and vocals in various metal bands back home, nothing too serious
Thanks man. Yeah I can’t tell you how fun it is to be on stage and just going nuts, not caring what anyone thinks. One time I stripped down to my underwear and ran through the crowd during a song (wireless system for my guitar). That was when I was skinny with facebook abs haha
Plate Loaded Squat Press (weight per side)
5 plates 35 X 10 PR
6 plates X 8 PR
6 plates 10 X 1 PR lol, dead
NOTES: my hands are shaking as I type this. I almost feel down the stairs walking out, couldn’t feel my legs. I’d say it was a good session. box squats felt a lot better on the first set but then the next 2 were crap. still trying to keep the elbows tucked under the bar

NOTES: box squats blew on the 1st set, then everything clicked on the 2nd set and I went all out basically. 3rd set sucked ass, I thought I could tackle 255 but I guess not. this was yesterday’s workout that I forgot to post. I took today off and am hitting shoulders tomorrow
Great log man. Awesome progress in the short time since you started. Youve inspired me to throw my log up on here because its a great way to track progress and get feedback. Great job again.

I’ll definetely be following your log more closely.
Thanks a lot Nikki! Glad they can help at least one person lol. Thanks for dropping in

Hey man, just wondering why you chose box squats over free squats? Great work recently
Trying to take a note from the guys at EliteFTS and Super Training Gym. They do a LOT of box squatting and only free squat right before a meet. It’s helped some so far I can tell. thanks mmatt!

For that bench bro, I like that you are using Dave Tate’s and advice and tightening everything up, but make sure you still keep your ass on the bench, or you’ll be walking like an old lady who just had anal sex with a horse.
