Thanks, buddy. I’m only guessing I’m built for deadlifts, since it has 150+ lbs on my squat lol. But hey, my squats felt like gravy the other day, so maybe that is about to change ![]()

I did a pulse feast, had a small steak and broccoli before my workout, a steak and broccoli after, chicken and broccoli a little after that, and a bowl of my “Doo Doo Butter” after that (melted PB, cinnamon, and splenda mixed up and then frozen for a bit in the microwave. It’s like some lame ice cream but GOOD)

No, we have DBs up to 150s but there is an olympic DB that you can add as much weight as you want on. I have yet to use it but it looks pretty cool
I’m having a carb day today! I’m pretty lazy when it comes to cooking but I’ll have to try that out sometime, thanks! The doo doo butter may sound gross lol, but I like it

Decided to get the heart rate up a bit and it worked. Didn’t rest from start to finish and it felt good. I used to do this when I was manorexic lol, I would do a like 4 sets of 20 burpees to “rev up my metabolism” haha. Man, I’m glad I grew out of that phase
On a side note: I got a letter the other day as an invitation into Chi Epsilon, which is a national civil engineering organization, for being in the top third of my CE class at KU. I won’t lie, it felt pretty damn good to read that, as I wasn’t expecting anything. I’ve only got a 3.4-3.5 GPA so I figured that wasn’t enough to stand out or anything. But, initiation is next Thursday so I’m pretty excited. It’s definitely something that will look good on my resume to help me stand out a bit.
I can’t wait until I’m living on my own and able to afford Anaconda
