NOTES: Wasn’t feeling it at all going in. got a bit into it during cleans and started feeling really good during pin press. Had a thermodynamics exam this morning that I studies for last night, took a lot out of me (mentally). It was 3 problems long, and we had 80 minutes to finish, and 1 kid actually finished out of at least 100 kids total. It was probably the hardest test I’ve taken lol.

Well I know it’s nothing Jim prescribes exactly, but it’s pretty much 5/3/1. I just make sure I say it’s my own version of it, otherwise kids come around and say “This isn’t 5/3/1. You’re not supposed to blah blah blah” lol. So thank you for approving (no sarcasm)

Yeah man, those top sets are where the fun is.
Haha, I’ll catch you eventually. I think I’ll keep my regular OH press as the main 5/3/1 exercise, and then throw in some sets of push press after. I gotta work on it if I’m gonna beat you!
